Aim & Objectives
– The aim of this research is to understand more about how the HR team at Qatar Airways has handled or is currently handling the corona crisis.
– Furthermore, to understand what specific measures the airline has taken to reduce the negative impact on its employees both in Qatar and overseas.
– Identify opportunities or changes in the HR strategies and plans for the airline once the global pandemic has allowed for air transport to commence.
– The final goal of this research is to provide other aviation experts with insights into whether HRM strategies can play a pivotal role in an airline during such a crisis.
