You should assume the role of OB consultant employed to present your analysis and recommendations to the assigned company’s senior management—you do NOT have the option of ignoring this assigned role.
All projects should incorporate the subject matter learned during this six weeks. Your grade on the project will be based on the following factors:
The clarity and thoroughness with which you identify and articulate the problems facing the company and the issues which management needs to address.
The caliber (depth and breadth) of your analysis of the company’s situation and demonstrated ability to use the concepts and tools of strategic analysis in a competent fashion.
The type of company (hierarchical, flat, etc.) you have chosen as well as the leadership and management style the company and whether the type and style creates the success or failure of innovation or creativity in the company.
The breadth, depth, and practicality of your recommendations, degree of detail and specificity of recommended actions, integration of a Christian worldview, caliber of supporting arguments.
The quality of your paper.
