You are presenting a Spring/Summer 2022 Forecast to buyers and/or a design team in your role as Product Development Directors, Creative Directors, or Fashion Directors. In the presentation, which should be no more than 10 minutes, you will analyze the current information you are seeing and take that forward to Spring/Summer 2022. What will be phased out, what will remain, or transition and why? (Utilizing fashion services in addition to your own observations.) Your forecast project will be marked out of 100 points and must include the elements detailed below.

1. Title slide with your name, job title and company

2. Introduction: Give brief overview/history of your company. Five to 10 bullet points are fine.

3. Body:

a. Your forecast: What can we expect for Spring/Summer 2022?

b. The presentation should consist of at least 20 slides. Other than Title slide and Introduction, at least 3 images per slide. No more

than 10 words per slide. The slides can be rounded out with images from websites and runway shots to support your forecast.

c. Explanation of your forecast. How did you come to your analysis and forecast? This should include references to primary and

secondary sources, analysis of evidence, logical and insightful comments, application of course concepts.

4. Four overall Themes appropriate for your chosen company – Each theme should include Key Colors (with Pantone # references), Fabrics (Prints & Patterns), and Key Items. Depending on your company, you can also utilize an “Umbrella Theme” to unite your four Themes. Copy can be included on your slides. (Content – 20 points – 5 points each of Four Themes)

5. Conclusion: A final recap slide and works cited. (Content – 10 points)

6. Multimedia: Engaging visual and audio should be used to bring your research to life and inspire your audience to act on your suggestions

7. Delivery: This includes eye contact, voice volume, nonverbal communication, professionalism, clarity. (Delivery – 20 points)
