Adapted from question 3 (p. 110) in the Driscoll text:
Using the same learning episode, generate a plan for improving performance that is based on cognitive information-processing theory. How does this plan differ from your behavioral plan? What aspects of learning are highlighted by each plan? Are they mutually exclusive or might a combined plan be more effective than either alone? Where can a biblical worldview be implemented within this plan? Incorporate some of Marzano’s suggested strategies from chapters 4-6. As for length, all items of the assignment must be significantly addressed.
This assignment should be geared to your sphere of influence. If you are an administrator, this could apply to a faculty or staff member or a student within the school system. If you are teacher, this could apply to a student within the classroom. If you are not in a school system, it could apply to an individual you supervise.
