Assessment Brief for 2021
You will submit a narrated poster presentation, in a format of your choice, which lasts a minimum of 20 minutes.
The content of the poster should identify, analyse and make recommendations on a contemporary issue in the field of leadership – many of these will be studied over the course of the module but you will only be expected to focus on one main theme. However, you may find that several subordinate themes are also relevant to your discussion.

The poster can be in any format
You can lay the poster out in any way that you like but remember is it NOT an essay and should be balanced with text, images, graphs or charts.
Pictures/ diagrams help the reader understand the poster. They can be useful to break up large chunks of text.
There is no word limit, but you must balance the need for enough information and not making the poster look like an essay.
You must include a list of references on the poster; this should include any references to pictures used
Format:
The format needs to be video that can be accessed by the tutor. This could be either a PowerPoint or Prezi presentation with a recording, a link to a video uploaded on YouTube or Vimeo or hosted on a webpage (such as WordPress or Bloggr). Do not send files in MP4 or formats that require downloading of software.
Ensure that the video is clear, that there are no sound issues, and that none of the content is set to private or password protected. Tutors need to be able to easily access the video, to see it clearly and to hear it clearly.
