Description
In this paper, the student will identify an issue in the law, which pertains to nursing on one of the following major topics. Each of the following topics has been decided in conflicting ways by the State Supreme Courts or the U.S. Courts of Appeal over the past three years.
None of the following issues has been fully addressed by the U.S. Supreme Court. All issues are therefore being presently debated by Congress and our State legislatures.
The Research Paper will reflect a thorough understanding of all sides of the issue. It must show a thorough analysis of all sides of the issue, not merely a personal opinion. The student must come to a position based on information researched and professional experiences. Must be minimum of 7 – 10 pages double-spaced pages of text in length
Must include a cover page that includes the following:
Title of paper
Learner’s name
Immaculata University and Module name and number
Facilitator’s name
Date submitted
Must comply with APA format (APA format is demonstrated at:
)
Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct topic statement.
Must include, in body of the paper, sufficient academic concepts (three to four) prompted
by course facilitator, assignments, and other requirements.
