Requirements for the assessment
This assessment requires you to write a 3000-word reflective analysis (essay) on a topic of personal interest but falling within one of the following themes:
Theme area 1 – Professional duty
Theme area 2 – Professional ethics
Theme area 3 – Agency and marketing
The purpose of the essay is not merely to inform, but also to reflect on how the theme you have chosen define and influence your knowledge of the area and how you practice as a real estate professional.
