Examination of different leadership and management approaches taken to evaluate their effectiveness and the impact that the role of leadership and management has on organisational culture and performance.

Your report should consider the following:

Submission Format: Part 2

Submission is in the form a 15-minute individual presentation and individually devised motivational strategy. You are required to make effective use of PowerPoint headings, bullet points and subsections as appropriate. Your research should be referenced using the Harvard referencing system. You will need to provide a reference list using the Harvard referencing system. Inaccurate use of referencing may lead to issues of plagiarism if not applied correctly.

Produce an individual, comprehensive motivational strategy that considers both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation alongside social, cultural, and organisational variables. The strategy should be supported with appropriate literature.
