Create a case study from your patient you are caring for on 10/11/2022. Please do not include the real initials in this case study for HIPPA purposes. This will help you learn to take the important information you learn in the classroom and apply it. This can also be a way you utilize your studies in the classroom for future topics. We will go over your case study and present your findings to the class for them to complete. Please include 10 critical thinking questions for this case study with the answers and rational.

List at least 5 important lab values and any lab value trends that would be important for your audience to know. For example if the patient’s hemoglobin was 7.5 on Sunday and dropped to 7.0 by Tuesday and was reporting bloody stools this would be an important trend to include in your labs.
