Conflict and stress can cause dysfunction and lowered productivity when present in an organization.
Conflict:
1. Think of a situation where conflict arose within your place of employment or another organization of which you are a member.
2. What was the issue and how was the conflict handled?
Stress:
1. What causes you stress in your organization, past or present?
2. How do you (or did you) deal with it?
3. What support does your organization provide for employee stress?
